👇Recipe: Easy 4 Ingredient Bread (gluten-free)!

I was buying egg wraps at the supermarket, but then realized how easy and inexpensive this was to make. Use this cloud bread for sandwiches, wraps or pizza crust.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 6 large egg whites (3/4 of a cup if using liquid egg whites)
– 2 TBS cornstarch
– Pinch of kosher salt
– 2 TBS nutritional yeast

Preheat oven to 400.
1. With a hand mixer, whip together egg whites, cornstarch, and salt until small peaks form.
2. Gently fold in nutritional yeast.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees until edges brown (about 7 minutes)
