This quick and easy low carb recipe is a delicious option to replace traditional bread for a snack or breakfast. It’s rich in fiber and protein, very low in carbs (only 0.9g net carbs per serving), has no wheat flour (gluten-free), and uses just a few ingredients. It’s great for a low carb diet, for weight loss and health, for a ketogenic diet, and can help your food reeducation with fewer carbohydrates. It turns out fluffy and very tasty. 📋 INGREDIENTS:

– 1 tablespoon coconut flour
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1.7oz. / 50g mozzarella (about ½ cup)
– 5 olives
– Chives to taste

Bake at 360º F / 180º C for 25 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes.

Makes 10 servings, each with approximately 107 calories, 3g of carbohydrates (2.1g of fiber), 6g of protein, and 8g of fat.
