This is your perfect gut-friendly lunch—cooling curd meets chia, sprouts & a nutty tadka for a satisfying, nourishing bowl!
📝 Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup water
1 cup curd (thick)
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp jeera powder
Salt to taste
½ cup boiled mixed sprouts
1 tsp oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp cashew nuts
Few curry leaves

🥣 Method
Soak chia seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until they swell.
In a bowl, whisk curd until smooth. Add soaked chia seeds, chaat masala, jeera powder, and salt.
Stir in the boiled sprouts and mix well.
In a small pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, peanuts, cashews, and curry leaves. Sauté until golden.
Pour the tadka over the curd mixture. Mix everything well.
Serve chilled or at room temperature for a light, refreshing lunch!
