Sprouted Moong: 1 cup ( steamed for 2-minutes)
Apples ( chopped): 1 cup
Yellow Bell Pepper: 1/2 cup
Red bell pepper: 1/2 cup
Cilantro: 1 tsp ( finely chopped
Black pepper grounded: 1/4 tsp
Salt: As per taste
Lemon Juice: 2 tsp

Note: You can add 1 green chilli for some heat. this will further elevate the taste to a next level. I didn’t add it as my kid doesn’t eat it.
