Did you know chia seeds were a staple food for ancient Aztec and Mayan civilizations? They were highly valued for their energy-boosting properties and used in medicines, religious rituals, and as a key food source, long before modern health trends.

Overnight Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
• 12g chia seeds
• 100g 0% Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
• Fresh fruit (to taste, for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Combine: In a bowl, add chia seeds and Greek yogurt. Mix well. Then add honey or maple syrup and mix again.
2. Chill Overnight: Pour the mixture into a container with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight to set.
3. Unmold & Decorate: The next morning, remove from the fridge and gently “unmold” from the glass. Decorate with fresh fruit to taste.
