Paneer & Veggie Pulao
Ingredients
1 tsp oil
Finely chopped ginger
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 small bay leaf
100 gm carrots
80 gm peas
50 gm chopped mix bell peppers
2 tbsp cooked tomato tadka
120 gm paneer cubes
2-4 cashews , raisins
Salt & red chilli powder as taste
Method :
1. Boil rice separately.
2. In a pan, add oil, once hot add ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds & bay leaf. Saute for few seconds.
3. Then add carrots and peas, salt and red chilli powder and mix everything well cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
4. Now add tomato Tadka and Paneer cubes mix well covered and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes. Then add 200 gm boiled rice and mix well.
5. Serve it hot and garnish with cashews and raisins, and some fresh cilantro.
Pair with 150 gm masala yogurt & salad, eat salad first.
