1. Grilled Chicken Salad:
Ingredients:
4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast: https://amzn.to/3smiWjg
Mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.): https://amzn.to/3KZd7yS
1 cup assorted vegetables (cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, etc.): https://amzn.to/3sq3pit
1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette dressing (on the side): https://amzn.to/3QWn3Nb

Instructions:
1.Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a dash of your preferred herbs.
2.Grill or pan-fry the chicken until cooked through.
3.Assemble the salad by arranging mixed greens and vegetables on a plate.
4.Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad.
5.Serve with a side of balsamic vinaigrette for dressing.

2. Vegetable Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
1 cup assorted vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas, bell peppers, etc.)
3 oz tofu or lean protein of your choice
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:
1.Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2.Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
3.Add assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4.Push vegetables to the side and add tofu (or protein) to the pan. Cook until heated through.
5.Mix in soy sauce and toss everything together & Serve hot.

3. Greek Yogurt Parfait:
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat)
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons granola (low-sugar)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions:
1.In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and granola.
2.Drizzle with honey if desired.
3.Repeat the layers if making multiple servings.
4.Enjoy as a satisfying breakfast or snack.
