Weightloss Recipes : Creamy Hung Curd Sandwich
Ingredients
300 gm fat free Greek yogurt
100 gm grated carrots
75 gm mix bell peppers
20 gm Sweet Corns
Salt as taste
1/3 tsp black pepper powder
1/3 tsp oregano
Ingredients of dressing
2 small avocado
50 gm paneer
40 gm fat free yogurt
10-12 cilantro stems with leaves
4-5 mint leaves
8-10 basil leaves (optional but recommended)
Salt & pepper as taste
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Directions :
1. Take a yogurt strainer and add yogurt in it, keep it for atleast 7-8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
IF NO YOGURT STRAINER,
You can add the yogurt in a muslin cloth, squeeze water and keep in a mixing bowl and keep that bowl in refrigerator.
2. Takw out the strained yogurt in a mixing bowl, add veggies, spices. Mix everything well. Stuffing is ready
3. Take two bread slices, It’s whole wheat bread, apply avocado paneer dressing on it generally, add stuffing and make a sandwich.
4. Toast on the pan from both sides, Cut into half and your high protein breakfast is ready.
You can make 3 sandwich with this stuffing and each sandwich will be having approx 260-270 Cal with 18 G protein
