2 to 3 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 cup water & a little salt
Mixed veggies – carrots, onion, tomato, chillies & coriander
For filling –
45 g Paneer for every Sandwich
1 cube of cheese
Some blanched spinach
Some corn
Salt, pepper & chilli flakes
4 Slices of Bread
Chutney & chilli garlic sauce
