Chopped chicken sandwich ❤️
Recipe:
1. Add 1 cup of leftover fried chicken pieces, 1 small sized cucumber, 1/2 medium sized tomato, 1/4 cup of green olives, 1 cup of lettuce and 1/4 cup of low-fat mayo to a wooden board and chop well.
2. 3. Spread the chicken mixture on a bread slice. Heat 1½ tbsp olive oil in a pan and toast both sides of the sandwich until crisp and golden. Serve hot and enjoyy!!
