Desi-Style Cheesy Toast Sandwich!

📝 Ingredients:
1 small chopped onion
1/2 chopped capsicum
2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
1 tbsp Schezwan chutney
1 tbsp curd (dahi)
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp peri peri masala
Salt to taste
2 slices high-protein bread
Butter (for toasting)

🥪 Recipe:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix onion, capsicum, corn, schezwan chutney, curd, mozzarella, and all the spices.
2️⃣ Take two slices of high-protein bread and spread the mixture evenly on one slice.
3️⃣ Add a bit of butter to both sides of the sandwich.
4️⃣ Toast until golden brown and crisp.
