🥗 Ingredients:
Cabbage – ½ (shredded)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Carrot – 1–2 (grated)
Onion leaves – a handful
Eggs – 2
Oatmeal flour – 2 tbsp
Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper – to taste
Chilli powder – as needed
Oil – for frying
🔥 Steps:
1. Sauté chopped onion, cabbage, carrot, and onion leaves in oil with salt, pepper, and chilli powder.
2. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add the sautéed veggies.
3. Mix in oatmeal flour and wheat flour.
4. Pour onto a heated pan and cook like an omelette (3 mins each side).
