Flourless, 3-Ingredient Avocado Bread

Ingredients:
• 1 avocado
• 1 egg
• 40g mozzarella cheese (semi-skimmed recommended)
Instructions:
1. Combine & Mash: In a bowl, combine avocado, egg, and mozzarella. Mash everything together with a fork or potato masher until well mixed.
2. Form Discs: Create two flat discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
4. Then stuff with fillings of your choice!
