Chipotle-Style Vinaigrette Recipe

4 dried Kashmiri chilies

1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Soak the Kashmiri chilies and cashews in warm water for about 15-20 minutes to soften them.
Drain the water and add the chilies, cashews, and all other ingredients to a blender.
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust salt or honey if needed.
