🥄 Ingredients
30g low-fat hung curd
50g besan (gram flour)
50g low-fat paneer (grated)
50g sooji (semolina)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Finely chopped:
Ginger
Garlic
Green chillies
Green coriander
onion
Tomato
Capsicum
🍳 Procedure
In a bowl, mix besan, sooji, and hung curd.
Add grated paneer, chopped veggies, salt, chilli powder, and turmeric.
Add water gradually to form a thick batter (like a pancake batter).
Let it rest for 10–15 mins (for sooji to absorb moisture).
Heat a nonstick pan or grill. Pour batter to shape small pancakes/tikkis.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. (Use a few drops of oil if needed.)
Serve hot with mint chutney or curd dip!
