SPINACH CORN TIKI/HEALTHY OATS SPINACH CORN CUTLET
Preparation Time:10~15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Corn (crushed)-1 cup
Spinach (chopped)-1 1/2 cup
Boiled Potato (grated)-2
Paneer (grated)-150 gms
Green chilli (chopped) –
2~3
Salt as per taste
Coriander powder -2 tsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Chat masala -1 tsp
Oats-1 cup
Besan/chick pea flour (roasted)-2 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
METHOD:
Take a bowl and put sweet corn, spinach, potato, paneer, green chilli, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, oats, besan and mix them well.
Apply some oil on your palm and make small tikki from the above mix. Shallow fry tiki in oil on medium flame till you get a nice golden colour. Enjoy with chai, salad and chutney. You can make chat, burger, wrap from this tiki as well.
