Guilt-Free Creamy Peach Tart 🍑 Try this E Dessert from Trim Healthy Mama!
Creamy Peach Tart (E – Dessert)
Crust:
Mix 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup oats coarsely ground, 1 egg white, 1 TSP melted butter, 1 TBSP water, 1 + 1/2 tsp gentle sweet, 1 tsp cinnamon – mix until crumbly and press into a 10 inch rounch cake or tart pan. Bake 10 min.
Filling:
Mix 1 cup low fat greek yogurt, 3/4 cup low fat ricotta cheese, 2 egg whites, 1 egg, 1/2 cup gentle sweet, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 TBSP baking blend – pour into prepared crust pan.
Topping: Slice 3 – 4 peaches thinly and layer on top of tart. Brush with lemon juice and cinnamon. Bake 27 – 35 min at 350 degrees until pie is set. Let cool. Enjoy!
