No flour No Yeast & No Knead Red lentils Buns

Wash & soak lentil overnight or for at least 4-5 hours. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Drain all the water then add it to a blender along with psyllium husk, salt, oil, yogurt, soda & lemon juice (pour lemon juice directly onto the baking soda. Soda reacts with lemon juice creating carbon dioxide bubbles that allow the bread to rise). So it’s important to move quickly from this point on. Grind everything into dough form and make 4 balls and shape them to bagel, buns or bread rolls. Place them into a baking tray lined with a parchment paper. Sprinkle some seeds and bake for 30 mins or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let them cool 10-15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
