Paneer Popcorn | Tea Time Snacks

Ingredients
Maida – 100 grams
Chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 100 ml
Paneer – 400 grams
Bread crumbs – 50 grams
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking oil – 250 ml
Preparation
In a bowl add maida, chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, salt, oregano and mix well. Add water and mix well to smooth consistency. Add paneer cubes and mix gently to coat each cube with the batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
In a bowl add bread crumbs, chilli powder, salt and mix well. Coat the marinated paneer with the bread crumbs mix.
Deep fry until golden brown.
