Do you like jelly desserts?

Ingredients:
Beef gelatin powder -10g
70g of cream (20% fat) +100g of water (or use 170g of cream or milk)
Espresso-50g
Cocoa powder -1tsp
Vanilla extract -1tsp
Liquid stevia

Just mix gelatin powder with water, let it bloom and then add cream, heat it but don’t boil.
Add stevia and vanilla extract, pour 70% of it into the glass dish and freeze for 20min. Mix the rest with espresso and pour on top of your jelly, let it thicken up in the freezer for 10 minutes or leave in the fridge.
Decorate with cocoa powder and enjoy ✨
