Here’s the EASIEST shakshuka recipe ❤️

Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
4 large round tomatoes, sliced into half
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 medium sized red bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp red chilli powder (adjust to your taste)
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
Chopped parsley

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the tomatoes with the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook covered on medium-flame for 10 minutes. When it’s almost cooked, remove the tomato skins and mash well using a spatula or a fork. Continue cooking it for 5 minutes uncovered.
2. Add the spices and cook for a minute. Add 1/4 cup of water and let it simmer. At the same time add the mozzarella and let it melt.
3. Crack in the eggs and cook covered for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle the parsley and serve hot. Enjoyy!!
