📌 Full Recipe:
– 1 cup grated beetroot
– 2 boiled mashed potatoes
– 1 chopped onion
– 1 green chilli
– 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
– Salt, red chilli, garam masala, amchur
– 2 tbsp rice flour / breadcrumbs
Mix everything well, shape into tikkis, and shallow fry on tawa until golden brown on both sides.
