Day 4: BOILED CHICKEN SANDWICH

Ingredients( makes 2 sandwiches):

Raw Chicken :120gms
Garlic:3cloves
Bay leaf:1
Cinnamon stick
Black pepperscorns:4-5
Onion (finely chopped): 2tbsp
Capsicum(finely chopped):2tbsp
Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup:2tbsp
Mustard Sauce(Kasundi):1tbsp
Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano:1 tsp
Cheese slice:2
Bread:4 slices
Butter(for toasting)

Method:
In boiling water,add bay leaf-cinnamon-crushed garlic cloves-1tbsp salt- raw chicken.
.Cover the lid and cook for 15mins
.Shred the chicken using two forks after it has slightly cooled down.
.To the shredded chicken,add onion,capsicum,mayonnaise,mustard sauce,ketchup,salt,pepper and oragano. Mix it together.
.Spread a spoonful of the mixture on a slice of bread and add a cheese slice on top.
.Cover with another slice and toast the sandwich with butter until crispy.
