✨ Ingredients:
• 1 cup hung curd (thick curd/yogurt)
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 small carrot, grated
• 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves
• 1 green chili (optional)
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• ½ tsp chaat masala (optional)
• Bread slices (white, brown or multigrain)

📝 Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add hung curd and all the chopped vegetables.
2. Season with salt, pepper and chaat masala. Mix well.
3. Spread the mixture on a bread slice and cover with another slice.
4. Cut and serve fresh! No need to toast.

💡 Tip: You can refrigerate the curd mix for 15 mins for a chilled sandwich!
