Easy cheesy veggie sandwich ❤️
Recipe: (Makes 2)
1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and add 1 cup of sliced onion, sliced medium sized tomato, 1/2 cup of sliced green bell pepper and 1/2 cup of sliced black olives. Saute until the onion turns golden.
2. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 3/4 tsp fennel powder, 1/3 tbsp pepper powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and salt to taste. Mix well and add 1/4 cup of water and let it get fried slightly.
3. Spread the veggie mixture on a bread slice followed by grated mozzarella. Heat 1½ tbsp olive oil in a pan and toast both sides of the sandwich until crisp and golden. Serve hot and enjoyy!!
