Egg & Onion Masala Bread Toast 😋

Recipe:
1. Slice ½ onion into moon shaped slices.
2. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil or ghee.
3. Add ½ tsp jeera and let it sizzle.
4. Add sliced onions and 4–5 small chopped green chilies.
5. Sprinkle ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp haldi, ½ tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste.
6. Sauté for 2 minutes keeping the onions crunchy.
7. Push masala to the center and crack an egg on top.
8. Immediately place a slice of bread over the egg so the yolk soaks into it.
9. Cook, flip, and toast both sides until golden.
10. Serve hot crunchy outside soft and flavorful inside.
