BASE FORMULA (all recipes):
·       1 cup unsweetened soy milk
·       1 cup unsweetened Greek-style vegan yogurt
·       3–4 pitted Medjool dates
·       2 tbsp chia seeds
·       1 cup fruit or flavor ingredient
·       Optional: 1 tsp psyllium husk for extra thickness
·       1 cup frozen or fresh fruit
INSTRUCTIONS (same for all):
1.     Soak dates in hot water for 5 minutes if firm. Drain.
2.     Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
3.     Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.  Make it sweeter as gets less sweet once frozen.
4.     Pour into Ninja Swirl pint container.
5.     Freeze flat overnight (24 hours minimum).
6.     Use a spoon or fork to gently scrape off any raised ‘conehead’ before swirling.
7.     Soft serve: Process using soft serve “CreamiFit” mode. Clean nozzle. Attach to soft serve nozzle and dispense.Scoop: Process using scoop “Lite Ice Cream” mode. Re-spin as needed. Add mix-ins if desired. Clean the nozzle.
8.     TIP: Place the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes beforehand to keep our ice cream cool.
