🛒 Ingredients:
For the Flatbread:
2 flatbreads
300g minced meat
¼ red pepper, chopped
¼ green pepper, chopped
Chopped greens
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried garlic
Cheese – 30g per flatbread
Sauce: ketchup + mayo (or preferred)
For the Salad:
1 tomato
1 cucumber
¼ red pepper
Chopped greens
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt – to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds
🧑🍳 Instructions:
Mix meat with peppers, greens, and seasoning.
Spread on flatbread, add cheese, roll up, and skewer.
Brush with sauce, bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Prepare salad by mixing all ingredients and chilling for 10 mins.
Serve and enjoy!
