Today I’m sharing a super easy and delicious recipe – No-Cook Veg Mayo Sandwich.
This sandwich is ready in just a few minutes without turning on the stove and is perfect for all ages.
You can serve it for breakfast, lunchbox, or as an evening snack.
🔹 Ingredients:
– Bread slices
– Veg mayonnaise
– Chopped vegetables ( carrot, capsicum,corn cheese ,tomato)
– Salt, black pepper powder
🔹 Steps:
1. Finely chop all the vegetables.
2. Mix mayonnaise with the vegetables and season with salt & pepper.
3. Spread the mixture on bread slices and assemble the sandwich.
4. Cut, serve, and enjoy.
