• 6 slices of fresh bread (white or brown)
• 1 medium cucumber – thinly sliced
• 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 green chilli (adjust spice level)
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1–2 tsp water (for grinding chutney)

1️⃣ Prepare Chutney:
• In a grinder, add coriander leaves, garlic, green chilli, salt, and a little water.
• Grind to a smooth paste.
2️⃣ Slice Cucumber:
• Wash and cut cucumber into thin, even slices.
3️⃣ Assemble Sandwich:
• Spread chutney evenly on bread slices.
• Layer cucumber slices on top.
• Cover with another slice of bread.
