Ingredients:
1 cup soya chunks (soaked 10 mins)
1 cup curd
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp cornflour
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Soak soya chunks for 10 mins, drain water.
2. In a bowl, whisk curd with spices.
3. Add soya chunks, mix well.
4. Add cornflour, coat evenly.
5. Fry till golden & crispy.
6. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
