Pepperoni Bread Recipe in English:
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
200g K&N’s Pepperoni Slices
1 cup mozzarella cheese(½ cup + ½ cup)
1/4 cup Butter Melted
¼ cup Green Coriander
1 tbsp Garlic
¼ cup Spinach
Direction:
-In a bowl add melted butter, chopped garlic, chopped coriander, whisk all together well. keep it aside.
– Divide dough into two parts. take one part and roll it out.
– Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese on one corner of the dough, add Pepperoni Slices, Spinach. Repeat the layers for 3 times.
-Then fold the dough till the end.
– Place bread on a baking tray and apply melted butter mixture on the top of the bread.
– Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
Serve: 3-4
