🥣 Homemade Granola in Air Fryer Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cups rolled oats
¼ cup nuts (almonds, cashews – roughly chopped)
¼ cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax)
¼ cup honey
1 tsp coco powder
¼ cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries )
INSTRUCTIONS
👉In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, and seeds , along with coco powder and honey
👉mix until evenly coated.
👉Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper (to avoid sticking).
👉Spread the granola mixture in a thin, even layer.
👉Air fry at 150°C for 12 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through.
👉Once golden brown and fragrant, remove and let it cool completely (it crisps up as it cools).
👉Mix in dried fruits like resins (if using).
👉Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
