Ingredients

– 500g Boneless Chicken (cut into small pieces)
– Salt (to taste)
– 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 2 tbsp Butter (for frying)
– 1 cup Milk
– ½ Onion (with bay leaf, tej patta & cloves inserted)
– 1 Medium Onion (finely chopped)
– 2 Green Chilies (optional, chopped)
– 2 tbsp Fresh Cream (sugar-free)
– 2 Cheese Cubes (grated)
– ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (extra, for sauce)
– 1 tsp Oregano Seasoning
– Fresh Basil (chopped)
– Fresh Parsley (chopped)
– A pinch of Nutmeg (grated)

Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Marinate the Chicken
– Cut chicken into small pieces.
– Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
– Mix well and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.

2. Half-Fry the Chicken
– Heat butter in a cast iron pan.
– Add marinated chicken and half-fry (do not fully cook).
– Remove and set aside.

3. Prepare the Garlic Sauce Base
– In the same pan, add more butter.
– Add lots of chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
– Add milk and let it reduce to half.
– Insert ½ onion with bay leaf, cloves, and tej patta for aroma.
– Once reduced, remove the onion mixture – sauce base is ready.

4. Make the Rich Creamy Sauce
– In a clay pot, add butter and chopped onions.
– Add chopped green chilies (optional).
– Mix in the garlic-milk sauce prepared earlier.
– Add cream, grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
– Stir until smooth and creamy.

5. Cook the Chicken in Sauce
– Add half-fried chicken to the sauce.
– Cook for 3–4 minutes until chicken is fully done.

6. Finish with Fresh Herbs
– Add basil, parsley, and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
– Mix well for amazing aroma and flavor.

7. Serve & Enjoy!
– Serve hot as a healthy, high-protein meal perfect for weight loss.
