📝 Ingredients:
3 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp green chillies (finely chopped)
2 stems curry leaves
1–2 tsp turmeric powder
1–2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
👉 Add & roast:
½ cup almonds
½ cup cashews
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup black raisins
👉 Then add & mix well:
1 cup roasted chana
1.5 cups roasted peanuts
1 cup roasted poha
2 cups roasted makhanas
1 tbsp chaat masala
👩🍳 Recipe:
Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, green chillies & curry leaves. Let them splutter.
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Stir well.
Toss in almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and raisins. Roast until crunchy.
Add roasted chana, peanuts, poha, and makhanas. Mix evenly.
Sprinkle chaat masala, give it a final toss & enjoy your healthy, crunchy mix! 😋
