Healthy & Guilt-Free Crispy Air-Fried Chana

Ingredients (for about 100g chana):

100 g boiled white chickpeas
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Take boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
2. Add turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
3. Add besan, rice flour, and 2 tsp oil. Coat the chickpeas evenly.
4. Preheat your air fryer at 180°C.
5. Spread the chickpeas in the basket.
6. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
7. Take them out when golden and crispy
