📌 Ingredients

10 dates

1 cup milk (warm)

2 eggs

100 g oat flour (or blended oats)

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 packet baking powder

1 packet vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)

50 g dark chocolate chips (25 g inside, 25 g on top)

Butter (for greasing the cake pan)

📌 Instructions

Warm the milk and soak the dates in it for about 20 minutes.

Blend the softened dates with the milk until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add oat flour, cocoa powder, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and 25 g of chocolate chips. Mix well.

Grease a cake pan with butter and pour the batter into it.

Sprinkle the remaining 25 g of chocolate chips on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 35 minutes.

Let it cool, slice into 10 pieces, and enjoy your healthy cake!
