Meal maker curry|

In today’s video, we’re making a delicious and healthy Indian meal combo – Soyabean Vadi Curry and Instant Whole Wheat Naan – all from simple, everyday ingredients.

This recipe is:
✅ High in protein
✅ Made without maida (refined flour)
✅ No yeast, no tandoor needed
✅ Perfect for lunch or dinner

Ingredients :

FOR BOILED CHUNCKS MASALA :
Besan – 2 tbsp.
Cumin seed powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango powder – 1tsp
Chili flakes – 1tsp
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi (crushed) – 1tsp
Green chili-ginger paste – 1tsp

FOR SOYA BEAN CURRY
Soya bean Chunks – 1 cup
Onions – 2 medium (finely chopped)
Tomatoes – 2 medium (puree)
Ginger ,Green chili paste – 1 tbsp.
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chili – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Coriander leaves – for garnish

FOR WHOLE WHEAT NAAN
Whole Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Curd – ½ cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water – as needed
Butter ya ghee – for brushing
Kalonji / coriander leaves – optional topping
