Here is the detailed recipe of crunchy suji burger

*RECIPE*
1. Add 1/2 tsp of jeera in a pan with 2 tsp of oil or ghee, pour 3/4 glass of water along with 1/2 tsp of table salt and 50 to 80 gm of suji (1.5 cup approx).
2. ⁠Stir the mixture well untill it turned in the shape of dough. Cool it down for 30 to 40 minutes.
3. Take another pan with 3 to 5 tsp of oil or ghee, add 1/2 tsp of jeera, a chopped onion, a chopped tomato, a cup pf Sweetcorn, half chopped capsicum, and stir all the ingredients well.
4. ⁠Now pour a boiled potato along with 1/2 tsp of red mirch powder, turmeric, coriander powder, table salt, garam masala, and a cup of soaked poha, mix all the ingredients well and make stuffing.
5. ⁠Now cut the suji buns using the glass as shown in the video.
6. ⁠Put the stuffing between two suji buns and roast them untill the buns turned golden brown.
7. ⁠Your delicious suji burgers are ready, server them with sauce or chutney
