Eggless, healthy, and loaded with all the toppings – bananas, maple syrup, whipped cream (once-a-year treat!), nuts, raisins, and mixed seeds!

For lunch, we kept it simple & wholesome: gajar-kheere salad, broccoli-matar sabzi, urad dal with ghee, and phulke 🥗🍛
Dinner was protein-packed veg pulao with soya nuggets gravy, mixed with love, as always 💛
