🥤 Snack 1: Nut Milk Smoothie
A creamy, brain-boosting smoothie made with soaked nuts & seeds.
Macros (per serving): ~343 kcal | Protein: 8.5g | Carbs: 24.6g | Fat: 18.5g
Ingredients
3 almonds (soaked, peeled)
2 cashews (soaked)
1 walnuts (soaked)
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
½ tsp hemp seeds
2 Mejdool dates (for natural sweetness)
1 cup chilled milk of choice
1/2 Tsp green cardamom powder
Steps
In the morning, soak all nuts & seeds in warm water. Peel almonds before blending.
Blend soaked nuts, seeds, and date with chilled water until smooth.
Serve chilled in summer or warm in winter for a comforting drink.

A crunchy, popcorn-like snack that kids LOVE!

Ingredients
1 cup makhana (fox nuts/lotus seeds)
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (sprouted/roasted)
1 tsp olive oil (or ½ tsp oil + ½ tsp ghee)
¼ tsp turmeric
Salt, pepper, paprika – to taste
Steps
Heat oil (or oil + ghee) in a pan, add turmeric. Roast makhana on medium flame until crunchy.
Let cool. Transfer to a bowl, add roasted peanuts & pumpkin seeds.
Drizzle ½ tsp oil, sprinkle salt, pepper & paprika, then toss well.
Serve with a side of fresh fruit (like apple slices or berries) for a colorful & balanced snack.
