I N G R E D I E N T S : (serves 1)
for Teriyaki Sauce –
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp chilli garlic oil
1/2 tbsp cornflour/rice flour
4-6 tbsp water
for Capsicum –
1/2 tsp chilli garlic oil
1 green capsicum
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
for Paneer –
100gm low fat paneer
1 tbsp cornflour/rice flour
for Gravy –
1/2 tsp chilli garlic oil
Low Fat Paneer
Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Some fresh Coriander
