Ingredients (Serves 1):
• Low Fat Paneer – 40 g
• Boiled Pasta – 40 g
• Bell Pepper – 40 g
• Garlic – 2–3 cloves
• Onion – 20 g
• Ghee – 1 tsp (5 g)
• Salt – as per taste
• Black Pepper – ½ tsp
• Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
• Oregano & Chilli Flakes – for garnish

Macros (per serving):
Calories – 190 kcal
Protein –11.5 g
Carbs – 22 g
Fat – 7 g

Steps:
Heat ghee in a pan, sauté garlic and onion until golden.
Add bell pepper, salt, black pepper, and coriander powder. Cook well.
Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a jar. Add paneer and a splash of water, blend into a smooth puree.
In a pan, combine boiled pasta with the puree. Cook until creamy.
Serve hot, garnish with oregano & chilli flakes.
