• 2 cups hazelnuts, roasted
• 2 dates, soaked in hot water
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 3 tbsp cacao powder
• ⅓ tsp pink Himalayan salt

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread hazelnuts on a baking tray and roast for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.
2️⃣ Let them cool completely, then rub between your hands or a towel to remove most of the skins (optional, but makes a smoother Nutella).
3️⃣ Add cooled hazelnuts to a high-speed blender and blend until they turn into creamy hazelnut butter.
4️⃣ Add soaked dates, coconut oil, cacao powder, and salt. Blend again until smooth.
5️⃣ For a thinner texture, add 1–2 tbsp warm water or extra coconut oil.

• Keeps at room temperature for 3–4 days (if cool and dry).
