I got SO many requests for more baked oats recipes after the last video, so I’m back with even more flavours. Blueberry lemon drizzle cake, sticky toffee pudding, and apple crumble – all under 230 calories and packed with protein.

BASE RECIPE (makes 4 servings):
– 1 banana (100g)
– 80g oats
– 30g vanilla protein powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp honey
– 200ml almond milk
3 NEW FLAVORS:
➡️LEMON + BLUEBERRY DRIZZLE (188 kcal | 11.4g P | 30.3g C | 3.5g F | 5.1g fibre)
– To mix into the base: Lemon zest, lemon juice, 100g blueberries
– 30g 0% Greek yogurt + lemon juice (for the topping)
– For the Jam: 100g blueberries + 10g chia seeds (refrigerate for 10-20 mins prior to thicken)
➡️ STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING (226 kcal | 11.1g P | 43.2g C | 2.6g F | 4.7g fibre)
– To mix into the base: 2 pitted dates + 100ml boiling water (mashed), 1 date chopped into chunks
– Caramel sauce: 1 date + 50ml boiling water,, 30g Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp maple syrup
➡️ APPLE CRUMBLE (192 kcal | 10.5g P | 34.0g C | 2.8g F | 5.1g fibre)
– To mix into the base: 1 apple (grated), 1 tsp cinnamon
– To top: 1 apples (cubed), 1 tsp cinnamon, 10g maple syrup, 10g oats
Bake for 45 mins at 180-190°C, cut into 4 and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
