Recipe:
Makes 16 Medium Laddus
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Dalia
2 Cups Water
1 tablespoon rice flour
1.5 tbsp gheeCardamom powder
8-10 stands of saffron
4-5 tbsp sweetner (Monkfruit extract – zero calorie sweetner/ Coconut Sugar) – Try avoiding jaggery
10-12 Small raisins
3-4 drops orange food color

Recipe: (Use non-stick pan only)
1. Roast dailya for 4-5 mins in 1 tsp ghee
2. Add water and cover the pan. Let it cook on low flame until its soft and mushy. Takes 5-10 mins. Don’t let it become too dry, it should be wet and mushy.
3. Add Rice flour, cardamom powder, saffron infused water, sweetner, food color and raisins. Also add 1 tbsp ghee at this stage.
4. Sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. The mixture should be sticky and have a starchy texture.
5. Apply ghee on your palms and starting rolling into laddus. Garnish with pistachios/ cashews and dig in❤️
