This easy cake comes together in less than 15 minutes and it’s ready to eat after 2-3 hors of fridge time.
You need:
🌿 300-400 g pumpkin puree
🌿 500 g skyr or high-protein yogurt
🌿 70-100 g honey (depends on how sweet do you want it to be)
🌿 2 layers of ladyfingers (about 180 g)
🌿 15 g gelatin
🌿 a cup of warm nut milk to soak the ladyfingers
