Recipe
1. Dry roast equal portions (1 cup each of) murmura, makhana, peanuts and keep it aside in a big plate.
2. In a blender add 9-10 garlic pods, handful curry leaves, 1 spoon salt and 1 tsp red chili powder and blend to a smooth paste . Adjust salt and spices as per taste.
3. To the plate of roasted dry ingredients add 1 cup roasted chana and garlic paste, 1 spoon jaggery and 1 spoon chaat masala.
4. Mix everything well and store in airtight jar.
