Ingredients

– Prawns – cleaned & deveined
– 1 Egg (beaten) – optional (skip for vegetarian/eggless)
– Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
– Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
– Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp (adjust to taste)
– Kitchen King Masala – 1 tsp
– Salt – to taste
– Coconut Oil – for frying
– Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) – for coating (secret ingredient for crispiness!)

Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Marinate Prawns
– Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, and salt.
– Beat 1 egg and mix with prawns (optional).
– Marinate for at least 30 mins, or overnight for best flavour.

2. Prepare for Frying
– Heat coconut oil in a pan.
– Roll marinated prawns in psyllium husk (Isabgol) to coat evenly.

3. Fry Prawns
– Fry coated prawns in hot coconut oil until golden brown and crispy.
