🥞 Healthy Pancakes (No Refined Sugar)
Light, delicious, and made with a balanced mix of whole wheat & all-purpose flour to balance health with texture. Whole wheat adds fiber, while a little all-purpose keeps the pancakes softer and more appealing . You can totally go 100% whole wheat too!— perfect for a healthier breakfast!

Ingredients:
– ½ cup whole wheat flour
– ½ cup all-purpose flour
– 1 ripe banana (mashed)
– 1 egg
– ¾ cup fresh milk (adjust consistency)
– 2 tbsp honey
– ½ tsp baking powder
– 1/4tsp of salt
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
– ½ tsp rose water (optional)
– A little oil or butter for cooking
Method:
1. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with egg, milk, honey, and rose water.
2. Add both flours, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix into a smooth batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.
4. Pour the batter and cook on low-medium heat until bubbles form.
5. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
6. Serve warm with fruits, nut butter, or a drizzle of honey!
